Ordering & delivery policies
Understanding our policies helps us serve you better and ensures you receive the best sourdough products from GirlGonefermented. Please read through these guidelines regarding your orders, modifications, and any potential concerns.
How do I place an order and receive my fresh sourdough?
Orders are placed conveniently via our website, and payment can be made by debit, credit, or PayPal. Before checking out, please select either pickup or delivery. For pickups, you can choose a designated pickup location, or collect directly from us (the address will be provided the day before pickup). The process from placing your order to pickup or delivery typically takes 1 to 3 days. Our hours of operation are Monday thru Thursday 6am - 5pm CST. All calls placed after business hours will be answered the following business day. All emails placed after business hours will be answered the filling business day. All emergent questions via phone call or email for purchased orders will be responded to within 24 hours to the best of our ability. All orders much be paid in full before your order is processed.
What is your policy if I have an issue with my order?
If you experience an issue with your order, please reach out to us immediately via email at Girlgonefermented@gmail.com. A detailed message, and Photo proof, of your concern must be provided. if your concern has not been resolved after proper evaluation the following steps will be taken to resolve the issue by remaking your item(s). If a reasonable remedy isn't possible, a refund will be issued.
When will a refund not be issued?
A refund will *not* be issued if the prior steps (reaching out with proof of concern) have not been taken. Proof of concern *must* be provided. We guarantee freshness for 48 hours after you receive your order. A refund will not be given after 48 hours. Please note: if an order isn't picked up or if we are unable to complete a delivery within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the order will be canceled, and a refund will *not* be issued. We are very understanding of personal situations, and delivery is always an option to ensure you receive your order.
Are there any special guidelines for large orders or order modifications?
For all large orders (such as weddings, birthdays, office parties, etc.), we require them to be placed 30 days, but no less than 21 days, before the delivery date. Please call us at (863) 537-0357 to discuss planning and specific items needed for these types of orders. Large orders are delivery-only and not eligible for pickup, ensuring the best quality and freshness for your event. If you need to modify your order after purchase, please reach out to us via email at Girlgonefermented@gmail.com. Include your name and order number in the email so we can locate your order and respond promptly. You have the option for a mini taste test Prior to your event to ensure that you will be receiving the best quality products. Taste testing is a services provided to our customers for an additional cost of $125. If you opt out of this service a refund will *not* be processed.
