"Sally" is beyond the ordinary

This is where our journey began!. Meet 'Sally', I personally grew my sourdough starter in 2024. It took 14 days of consistent feeding and discarding and an 4 extra days to transform her into the fiercely, robust  starter she is today! "Sally" has made over 800 breads and baked goods in her time and now lives and makes breads in 75 different homes. she is a beast and I promise you won't be disappointed!
